Most people ask us why we chose the name "Kohu Creek".
It all started from a trip to New Zealand that changed our lives.
During that trip we bike toured around New Zealand for 6 months and immediately fell in love with every part of the country we went. It only seemed right to incorporate a piece of New Zealand to what we are doing back here.
In the native Maori tongue, Kohu translates to Misty. Misty Creek. We wanted to pay tribute to the beautiful rivers, waterfalls, creeks, streams and oceans that we have had the ability to see, both in Canada and New Zealand.
